As the Business Relationship Manager, Randi Inniss liaises with business partners, clients, and vendor partners to articulate the interrelation between client needs and expectations and Tower’s solutions and services. She ensures the Tower Service Portfolio includes depth and breadth of the industry’s needs.

Most recently, Inniss served as the Senior Business Analyst at Tower where she specialized in analyzing client requirements, delving into specificity to bring technology to bear to meet those needs. She devised and created cutting-edge technological solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Before joining Tower, Inniss’ entrepreneurial spirit founded Cognoscenti Management, LLC where she has successfully provided exceptional small business support services for over a decade.

Inniss excels in stakeholder collaboration facilitation, asking the tough questions, and showing a deep understanding of workflows for efficient outcomes. Inniss earned the IIBA Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC) and currently serves as the VP of Sponsorship for the IIBA South Florida Chapter.
